Biren held a variety of positions for BigBand Networks (Nasdaq: ARRS), including general manager, with responsibilities in sales, business development, product management and marketing. He brought to market switched-digital-video, which radically expands the quality and quantity of services provided over cable networks. Biren previously participated in the onset of digital video encoding with DiviCom (Nasdaq: HLIT) and C-Cube, and was in sales with Texas Instruments (Nasdaq: TXN).
Rui spent nearly 15 years with Vodafone (London: VOD) where he was most recently director of network engineering responsible for efforts across Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Key projects included VoLTE deployments and launching the first virtualized network core in Europe. Rui previously did engineering work with Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO), payment network SIBS and the Lisbon Stock Exchange.
Ron was senior vice president of global service and support responsible across the product line of Harmonic (Nasdaq: HLIT), which he joined through the acquisition of Omneon, a provider of networked media servers. He built and directed sales engineering, services, architecture, training, support and IT groups as a vice president for media server and networking vendors BlueArc (Hitachi Data Systems) and Minerva Networks. Ron started his career at DiviCom (Nasdaq: HLIT), TRW Systems Integration (NYSE: NOC) and the U.S. Air Force.
Ron joins from Fastback Networks, where he grew use of the company’s backhaul products as senior vice president of global sales. He was previously vice president and head of global WiFi sales at Ericsson (Nasdaq: ERIC) following its acquisition of BelAir Networks, where he was senior vice president of global sales. Robinson held several sales executive roles at Alcatel Lucent (NYSE: ALU) after it acquired Newbridge Networks. He has been involved in major wireless and network deployments throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, India and China.
John was VP product strategy for Arris (Nasdaq: ARRS), joining through its acquisition of BigBand Networks where he was VP advanced technology and chief architect. He was instrumental in the company's expansion to telecom markets with platforms for advanced video services. Previously John was CTO of DSL pioneer Copper Mountain Networks (Nasdaq: ARRS), a consultant with Bain & Co. and an engineer with McDonnell Douglas (NYSE: BA).
Uri served as vice president of research and development for Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR), where he managed delivery and implementation of the company's industry-leading application layer switch product line. Responsibilities included interfacing with major customers to conceptualize and launch new capabilities based on their needs. Uri was previously with network search engine hardware provider Hywire and security hardware provider Voltaire.
